Dear friends,
Would you like to contribute to ClaireWorks.net? Of course you do!
We would love to publish original essays, letters, poems and other forms of writing covering all genre. These must fall under one of the themed categories at ClaireWorks, that is, the topics listed on the blue menu you see on your left. "Life is a Lark" (everyday life) and "Hardee Har" (humor) are very broad categories, so surely you have something that falls under any one of the seven themes.
Some guidelines:

1. Article must be in English, Japanese or Filipino. These are the only languages I understand, so I'm afraid claireworks.net is limited to these three languages.
2. Article must not be more than 5,000 words or 3,000 Japanese characters.
3. Accompanying photos, pictures or illustrations are welcome.
4. Please include a bio-sketch (required) and a photo of yourself (optional) along with the article.
5. Copyright returns to the author upon publication.

By submitting a work, you are granting claireworks.net the non-exclusive right to publish it on the site. All rights to the work are retained by you and you may request that your work be removed at any time. Thank you very much!

Title:
Maximum length of the TITLE is 50 characters.
Description:
Maximum length of the DESCRIPTION is 150 characters. Please think of the reader when writing this.
Category:
Choose the category that you think best fits your story.
Keywords:
Enter between one and five keywords that relate to your story.
Article Text:
There are two ways you may submit your article. One is to cut and paste your story into the window above. The other is to upload your story as a text file, using the browse button below. Any long stories will have to be uploaded because there is a size limit on the text box above. If you have any problems uploading the story, you can email us the story and some information on the problems you had and we will work with you to get your story posted and to figure out how you can submit it through this form in the future. Your feedback on the submission process is important, so please let us know what you think.
Upload:
If you choose to upload your story, it should be uploaded as a plain text file with a file name ending in ".txt" if possible. If your stoy has bold or italics and you need to upload a Microsoft Word (.doc) or a Rich Text (.rtf) file, you can do so, but submission time will take longer. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Note: You should use either the ARTICLE TEXT field or the UPLOAD field, not both. Choose which one is easier for you and use that one. If you submit data in both fields, there is a good chance your article will not get added properly.

Write your bio-sketch and comments here.
You must include your full name, present location, and occupation.
Picture
You can upload a picture of yourself for your profile.
It should be a .gif or .jpg file.

ClaireWorks reserves the right to edit the article for purposes of clarity or space. Articles sent without accompanying pictures or illustrations may, when deemed necessary, be published with ClaireWorks art, at the discretion of the Webmistress.
